How can social bookmarking tool (such as delicious,) support T&L?

Bump into this webpage when searching on how delicious could benefit teaching and learning. And I find it is very detailed to tell people how useful it is to use delicious to assist learning in education. Please refer to here for details. Here is some contents quoted from the web:
